Job summary

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Band 6 MH Practitioner on the CERN pathway, based at Gateway House, Wymondham. This part-time role (22.5 hours weekly) requires a registered professional (Nurse, OT or Social Worker) and a willingness to undertake physical intervention training.

You will deliver specialised DBT interventions for adults with complex emotional and relational needs, work within a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to evolving service

Qualifications

• Registered professionals required with relevant registration.
• Training in Practice Assessor/Practice Educator preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Leadership/Management training completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver DBT interventions for personality disorders within CERN pathway.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary mental health team to implement pathway.
• Provide consultation, supervision and training to non-therapist colleagues.
