Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is expanding its specialist DBT psychology team. We are recruiting two full-time and one part-time Clinical/Counselling Psychologists to join a growing service serving Surrey and North-East Hampshire.

The post involves assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating needs with two roles covering full-time capacity and one part-time position, supported by supervision and development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the psychological needs of people using our services.
  • Mentor, supervise and teach qualified and unqualified staff including students
  • Promote a psychological perspective within teams and share with colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with team managers/Clinical leads on developing and delivering effective services
  • Lead on complex and challenging cases and develop expertise within area of specialism
  • Participate in recruitment and staff selection processes

Responsibilities
