• Strong MDT collaboration and consultation skills are essential.
• Commitment to ongoing training and service development within a complex pathway.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialised DBT for personality disorder to working-age adults, including individual and group work.
• Participate in DBT consult and MDT collaboration to ensure integrated care.
• Provide supervision and consultation to non-therapist team colleagues.
• Adhere to service procedures and guidelines to maintain high standards.
• Balance managerial and clinical supervision to support professional growth.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for mental health practitioner to be part of the complex emotional and relational needs (CERN) pathway based at Gateway House, Wymondham. If you have a core profession and registered with an professional body (such as Nursing, OT, Social Work) then we would like to hear from you.

This role is an excellent opportunity to enhance your knowledge and experience of working with people with complex emotional and relational needs. You will be part of the South/ West Dialectic Behaviour Therapy consult with a primary focus to provide NICE concordant DBT interventions to service users with personality disorder and other complex needs. The role includes: collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary members of the team, contributing to the development of an evolving pathway and shaping the future of our services.

Support and mentorship will be at the heart of your experience, as you'll have the chance to assist others in the multidisciplinary team who are delivering these vital interventions through consultation and supervision.

• Delivering specialised Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for Personality
• Disorder to working-age adults, including opportunities for individual and group work.
