Qualifications

• Experience facilitating DBT- and MBT-informed groups.
• Ability to deliver psychoeducation and peer support programmes.
• Ability to assess referrals and plan service reviews with service users.
• Experience supporting safe discharge back to GP care after programmes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate both DBT- and MBT-informed groups, adapting content to service user needs.
• Support psychoeducation and peer support course delivery.
• Assess referrals, determine suitability, and plan reviews and next steps with service users.
• Support safe discharge back to GP care following programme completion.
• Contribute to crisis planning, safeguarding and protective interventions.
• Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and supervision within the team for Rethink colleagues.
• Work with the duty team on ad hoc situations.
• Maintain accurate records and meet reporting requirements.
• Participate in service development, supervision and training.
