Job summary

Proactive Appointments is recruiting a Pensions Administrator for annual events and projects in Leeds. The role is hybrid (2 days on-site per week), permanent, with a salary of up to £38k per annum.

The successful candidate will deliver accurate DB pension scheme administration in line with service levels and values. You will handle scheme valuations, annual benefit statements, pension increases, and data validation tasks, while driving process improvements and cross-team collaboration to meet

Qualifications

• Experience within Defined Benefit pensions.
• Benefit calculation experience.
• Studying towards/completed CPC/ DPA/CPA is desirable.
• Experience of using Microsoft Word and proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality DB pension scheme administration in line with SLAs.
• Maintain accuracy of member/employer data and reporting.
• Support scheme project events such as valuations and annual statements.
• Assist with pension increases, annual allowance assessments, group life reviews.
• Suggest process improvements and share feedback.
• Collaborate across teams to support strategic objectives.
