Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. is seeking Support Workers for a residential home in Mansfield. You will support younger adults with mental health conditions and learning disabilities, following care plans and assisting with daily routines in a proactive, patient manner.

Working hours vary with shifts from 08:00 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 22:00, across the week. Expect fast-track start, flexible hours, and weekly pay in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a Care environment.
• DBS check dated within the last 12 months or facility to pay for one.
• All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized care plans to support younger adults with daily routines, including personal care.
• Work one-to-one with residents to encourage independence and assist with daily activities.
• Complete daily logs and paperwork, reporting concerns to senior staff.
• Collaborate with the permanent team to maintain a safe, positive, supportive environment.

What we need from you:

• Previous experience working as a Support Worker (experience with mental health or learning disabilities is highly valued).
• A patient, understanding approach and the ability to build great rapport with younger adults.
• An enhanced DBS check (or we can help you get one sorted quickly).
