Job summary

A day shift Support Worker role is based in a supported living facility in Nottingham. Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking experienced professionals to support service users, including those with Autism and Learning Disabilities, on a 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 basis. The role is ongoing, full-time, with shifts from 07:00 to 22:00, Monday through Sunday.

Weekly pay is offered. Applicants must have relevant UK care experience, up-to-date training, and an enhanced DBS certificate or Update Service

Qualifications

• Must have referenceable work history.
• Hold in-date mandatory training certificates (moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control).
• Enhanced DBS certificate dated within past 12 months or registered with update service.

Responsibilities

• Manage challenging behaviour as needed.
• Support service users on 1-1 or 2-2-1 basis in a supported living setting.
• Work day shifts with hours between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday, including weekends.

Day Shift Support Workers needed! Weekly Pay!

Do you have Support Worker experience? We are looking for professional and experienced support workers to for a role based in a supported living facility in Nottingham.

This is an active role and will require you to manage challenging behaviour at times.

Experience of supporting service users with Autism and Learning Disabilities on either a 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 basis preferred.

• Have referenceable work history
• Hold in-date mandatory training certificates (inc. moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control)*
• Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service*
• Have a minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience working within a care setting.

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

This is an ongoing role.

This is a day shift role, offering full time hours, with hours between 07:00am - 22:00pm.

Monday - Sunday. Weekend availability is a must.

This position pays £13.75 hourly.
