Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a beautiful hotel and restaurant in Hitchin to recruit a Kitchen Manager to join their award-winning food-led operation. The role focuses on daytime kitchen leadership, overseeing breakfast service and the smooth running of the kitchen during the day.

You'll manage paperwork, stock control, ordering, and HACCP records while supporting the Head Chef with broader administration.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a daytime kitchen and breakfast service.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee breakfast service and day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Manage paperwork, stock control, and ordering.
