Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a luxury hotel on the Devon coast near Kingsbridge, seeking a Breakfast Chef to join the team and produce high-quality plated breakfasts for restaurant guests.

You will work five days per week, report to the Executive Chef and Head Chef, and oversee breakfast service for around 40–50 guests each morning during peak season, with lunch and afternoon tea following.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-standard kitchens serving plated breakfasts.
• Experience in plated breakfast service in hotel/restaurant setting.
• Comfortable working in a busy hotel kitchen and a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee the breakfast service for 40–50 guests.
• Assist with lunch service and afternoon tea.
• Work five days per week and maintain high quality.
