Job summary

A staffing agency in London is seeking a Breakfast Chef for an ongoing role with a client near Gatwick Airport. The position is Monday to Friday from 6.30/7.00 am to 3.00 pm. Responsibilities include preparing breakfast service, cooking high-quality dishes, assisting kitchen teams, and maintaining food safety standards. Candidates should have previous catering experience and a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate. This role offers the opportunity to go permanent with the client.

Qualifications

• Previous catering experience as a Breakfast Chef, preferably in high-volume restaurants or contract catering.
• Confident working in a busy kitchen environment.
• Experience in producing food of high quality.
• A current Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast service and high-quality dishes.
• Cook and ensure the quality of breakfast.
• Assist other chefs and team members on site.

We are looking for Breakfast Chef to join our team here at Hospitality2day to work on an ongoing role with one of our client near GatwickAirportand potential to go permanent with our client.

The role is Monday to Friday, 6.30/7.00am to 3.00pm.

Duties:

Work Experience
