Job summary

Associ8 Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Days-Based Site Services Engineer to join a busy engineering team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will be responsible for maintaining and improving key site services equipment to support production and business operations. Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on site services equipment, including boilers, compressors, refrigeration, HVAC, steam and water systems.

Qualifications

• Apprentice-trained engineer with an electrical or mechanical engineering qualification.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food production or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of site services and utilities including boilers, compressors, refrigeration, HVAC, steam and water systems.
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills.
• Understanding of health, safety and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on site services equipment.
• Maintaining steam, heating, compressed air, water, refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Monitoring utility performance and driving efficiency improvements.
• Supporting statutory compliance and ensuring all equipment meets regulatory requirements.
• Working with contractors and external service providers on planned projects and maintenance activities.
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting site projects, installations and equipment upgrades.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health, safety and environmental standards.
