Job summary

Associ8 Solutions Ltd. is seeking a proactive Site Services Engineer to join its busy manufacturing operations in the UK. You will maintain and improve boilers, compressors, HVAC, steam and water systems, and ensure reliable utilities to production lines.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will execute planned and reactive maintenance, drive efficiency improvements, support compliance activities, and collaborate with contractors on upgrades and projects, while keeping detailed records.

Qualifications

• Apprentice-trained engineer with hands-on maintenance skills.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities in site services.
• Solid knowledge of health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Good communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on site services equipment.
• Maintain steam, heating, compressed air, water, refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Monitor utility performance and drive efficiency improvements.
• Support statutory compliance and ensure equipment meets regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and external service providers on projects and maintenance.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support site projects, installations and equipment upgrades.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Ensure work adheres to health, safety and environmental standards.
