Job summary

Cygnet in Sheffield is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities live as independently as possible. You will work 42 hours a week on days, delivering person-centred care at The Fields.

Join a supportive team with apprenticeship options, regular coaching, and a focus on wellbeing. DBS check required; full-time, on-site role with overtime potential.

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working 42 hours a week (Days Only 08:00am - 20:00pm), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at The Fields.

The Fields is a specialist residential service in Sheffield, South Yorkshire for adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge as well as associated complex needs.

We encourage and enable the individuals we support to lead a full and happy life. We work with them to ensure they have more choice and control in their lives. We find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that the care provided can be as person-centred and meaningful to each individual as possible.

Your Day-to-Day...
