Cygnet Health Care’s Beeches service is hiring a confident Day Support Worker to deliver high-quality care in day shifts. You’ll work full time—42 hours weekly—providing physical and emotional support to adults with autism and learning disabilities, fostering independence and community integration.

Qualifications

  • Confident, caring individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
  • Experience in care settings is advantageous.
  • Able to work in a daytime shift pattern and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical and emotional support to service users.
  • Assist with daily living tasks and activities to promote independence.
  • Report concerns and document care details as required.
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all service users.

Beeches is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities who may also present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.
