Job summary

GXO Logistics in Templecombe is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to guide a team, drive performance and promote a culture of continuous improvement. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 16:00 pm, at our Templecombe site.

You will lead operations, monitor performance, and implement improvements to meet business goals. A competitive benefits package accompanies the salary, which is up to £30,000 per year, plus pension, GP access, life assurance and more.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office as required.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality checking/quality control.
• Good use of Six Sigma and Lean techniques.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and manage a team of MTOs to achieve and exceed performance objectives.
• Record performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Support disciplinary and grievance meetings in line with policy.
• Ensure all product is handled correctly to avoid damages.
• Maintain stock accuracy and drive continuous improvement in accuracy levels.
