Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our Thales team at Templecombe site.

You will lead a team responsible for achieving performance goals, driving continuous improvement and maintaining stock accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Key duties include motivating MTOs, recording performance data, handling disciplinary meetings as required, and ensuring proper product handling to avoid damages.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic MS Office skills and numerical aptitude are required.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• MOTIVATE and manage a team of MTOs to meet or exceed performance objectives.
• Record performance reports and propose improvements.
• Support disciplinary and grievance meetings in line with policies.
• Ensure products are handled correctly to prevent damages.
• Maintain stock accuracy to contractual levels and drive continuous improvement.
