Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead in the Greater London area to supervise daily store operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and coach colleagues across departments to perform at their best.

You will work flexible hours with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week, including late shifts. Applicants must be 18+, and you’ll benefit from holiday allowance, Colleague Clubcard discounts, wellbeing services, life cover and a strong pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong service orientation and ability to motivate colleagues.

• Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
