Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is recruiting a Day Shift Electrician for a large tourist attraction in South West London. You must be a qualified electrician with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and be able to start at 07:00.

The salary is up to £45,000 per year, with 2 on 2 off or 3 on 3 off patterns, plenty of overtime, 22 days holiday, uniform and tools provided, cycle to work and a clear career progression path.

• Qualified electrician with proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Must be able to start at 07:00am

Responsibilities

• Minor installation work
• BMS system monitoring (hot & cold)
• Identify and report faults with building services equipment
• Ensure health and safety issues are reported/escalated
• Maintain communication with Client staff on service levels
• Report issues to site management for client communication
• Be flexible with site attendance and tasks within competency
• Comply with health and safety regulations

Day Shift Electrician – FM Service Provider - Tourist Attraction - South West London - Up to £45,000

CBW is currently recruiting for a Day Shift Electrician to cover a large tourist attraction located in South West London. The successful candidate will be a qualified electrician and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return, the company is paying a competitive salary of up to £45,000, further training and career progression.

Hours of Work & Package Information

• 2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off, 07:00 am to 19:00pm/ 10:00 am to 22:00 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Minor installation work
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
• Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
• Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
• Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
• Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
• Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.
• Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.
