CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd. invites applications for a Day Shift Electrician at a prominent tourist attraction in South West London. You will be responsible for lighting, emergency lighting, minor installations and BMS monitoring, with a focus on reliability and safety.

The role offers up to £45,000 per year, with overtime, progression opportunities and company-provided uniform and tools. 2 on 2 off / 3 on 3 off shifts starting early morning.

Formación

• Electrical Level 2/3 qualification (C&G, NVQ) and 18th Edition.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Multi-skilled with good communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out lighting installation, fault-finding, lamping and distribution tasks.
• Maintain emergency lighting and minor installations.
• Monitor BMS systems and report faults promptly.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site and escalate issues as needed.
• Escort specialist subcontractors and liaise with site management.

Day Shift Electrician – FM Service Provider – Tourist Attraction - South West London - Up to £45,000

CBW is currently recruiting for a Day Shift Electrician to cover a large tourist attraction located in South West London. The successful candidate will be a qualified electrician and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return, the company is paying a competitive salary of up to £45,000, further training and career progression.

Hours of Work & Package Information

• 2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off, 07:00 am to 19:00pm/ 10:00 am to 22:00 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Minor installation work
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
• Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
• Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
• Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
• Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
• Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.
• Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.

Requirements

• Electrical qualified level 2&3 (C&G, NVQ etc)
• 18th Edition
• Installation experience
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

• Excellent customer skills
• Must be able to get to site for 07:00am start
