Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities.

• Must hold a full valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities to access daytime opportunities.
• Follow and contribute to detailed support plans.
• Accurately record interactions and developments.
