Powys County Council is seeking a part-time Day Support Worker (Coed Isaf) to provide daily support for people with learning disabilities, operating from day service bases and in the community. You will work under the guidance of the Assistant Day Services Manager and Day Activity Manager.

The role requires a DBS check (Enhanced) and a commitment to teamwork, documentation, and care plans. QCF Level II in Care and other mandatory training are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Work under the direction of the Assistant Day Services Manager and Day Activity Manager.
• Provide support to service users in carrying out individual care plans and day service programmes.
• Keep accurate documentation as required.
• Administer prescribed medication to service users and document accordingly.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings.
• Undertake QCF Level II in Care and other mandatory training.
• Assist in transporting service users as required.
