Shaw Healthcare's New Elmcroft care home in Shoreham-by-Sea is hiring a Day Nurse (RGN) to join our team. The role is 24.5 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts (07:45-20:00) and rota flexibility, including weekend requirements. Salary ranges £23.18‑£24.32 per hour.

You will provide nursing care to residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's and other conditions, administer medications, and work closely with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional care and accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and care needs; develop care plans

Salary: £23.18 - £24.32 per hour

Shaw healthcare is looking for a RGN to join the team in New Elmcroft, a 60 bedded care home. The facility specialises in nursing, dementia, residential, and respite care, providing a safe and supportive environment.

About the service

New Elmcroft is a bright, spacious modern care home located in a quiet residential setting in Shoreham by Sea, close to Brighton and Worthing. The home provides 60 single en-suite bedrooms divided into 6 separate self-contained units each with its own lounge/dining area. The care of the individual is our highest priority. Each resident's privacy and dignity is at the very heart of our philosophy and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Home Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to our elderly service users with conditions such as Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's or other clinical diagnoses. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of care professionals to ensure that our service users receive the best possible care.

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience:
