Premier Estates Limited is looking for a DAY CONCIERGE to join a vibrant Kingston development. You will welcome residents and guests, manage the front desk, handle access, deliveries and bookings, and maintain a polished lobby.
In this role you will work 4 on 4 off, 07:00–19:00, at Queenshurst KT2 5NZ, delivering high standards in a busy, luxury environment with gym, cinema room and gardens.
You'll be the welcoming face of a vibrant residential community of 328 contemporary apartments in the heart of Kingston-upon-Thames, just a short walk from the town centre and station. The development blends modern city living with green spaces, offering residents a private gym, cinema room, meeting room, and access to a new linear park and central garden square. You'll work within a busy, high-spec environment where service standards are high, residents are engaged, and every day brings variety- from morning gym-goers and commuters to evening cinema screenings and deliveries.
You will deliver a polished, personable front-of-house service, ensuring residents, visitors, and contractors feel informed, safe, and well looked after. Most days you'll manage the concierge desk, handle enquiries, oversee building access and deliveries, keep communal areas presentable, and support the smooth running of amenities and bookings.
