Job description

Our client is currently seeking a Day Caretaker to join the team at a luxury residential building in Central London.

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Main duties:

1. Sweep, mop, and vacuum common areas (lobbies, hallways, stairwells)
2. Clean windows, doors, and elevator interiors
3. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
4. Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas (entrances, sidewalks, parking lots)
5. Replace light bulbs and report electrical issues
6. Perform minor repairs (e.g., tightening screws, patching walls)
7. Notify management of larger maintenance needs
8. Pick up litter around the property
9. Maintain neat and tidy landscaping (sweeping walkways, clearing debris)
10. Assist with snow removal or salting in winter months (if applicable)

Key Attributes:
