Job summary

Coverage Care Services Ltd is seeking Home Support Team Care Assistants for relief and permanent positions. You will travel to any of our 10 care homes across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, with mileage paid and a clean driving licence required.

We offer a competitive salary with the National Living Wage applied to all staff, including those under 25, plus weekend enhancement (£1 per hour) from Friday midnight to Sunday midnight.

Qualifications

• Caring, sensitive, compassionate individuals wanted to join the home support team.
• Experience in caring for others is ideal but not essential as training will be provided.
• Clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for working hours is essential. Mileage paid.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of high quality care to service users.
• Cover shifts in multiple homes as needed.
• Promote independence and improve quality of life for residents.

Home Support Team Care Assistants - relief contracts and permanent contracts available.We also pay a £1 per hour weekend enhancement. This is valid from Midnight Friday to Midnight SundayFor this position you will be required to travel to any one of our 10 Care Homes in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin.A full driving licence and your own transport is essential. Mileage will be paid.We are looking for caring, sensitive, compassionate individuals to join our homes support team to support the delivery of a high quality service to our service users, enhancing their quality of life, whilst promoting independence.The Home support team provide support to all of the homes where there is a requirement to support the existing team or cover absence in a particular role. It is for this reason that members of the HST must enjoy variety, working in new environments and different teams and be comfortable "hitting the ground running"Experience of caring for others in a care setting is ideal but not essential as we will help you to develop the skills you need.Clean driving license and access to a vehicle for working hours is essential for this role.In return we will also:Offer a competitive salary.
