Job summary

RLDatix is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Business Systems team in a role based in Milton Keynes. You will optimise and administer corporate systems, troubleshooting issues and deploying improvements to support operations and user experience.

Responsibilities include workflow enhancements, system maintenance, and documentation, with emphasis on data protection compliance and cross-functional collaboration across a global team.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of T-SQL, relational theory and SQL Server deployment/maintenance.
• Azure cloud environment experience including hosted VMs, backups, HA and AAD.
• Experience creating dashboards with Tableau/Power BI and using Boomi for integration/automation.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Python; familiarity with Postman for API management.
• Nice-to-have: WordPress, PHP, HTML/CSS/JS, SharePoint admin and development, C#.
• Experience analyzing business processes and improving workflows across corporate systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify recurring inefficiencies within business system workflows and implement routine enhancements.
• Troubleshoot moderate-scope technical system issues and escalate complex problems.
• Research market trends to evaluate solutions aligning with business objectives.
• Perform system administration and tech support to meet service levels and monitor performance.
• Execute operational deployment tasks for system rollouts with detailed change management.
• Conduct compliance checks to ensure data protection and regulatory standards.
