Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven delivery of technology platforms in a large organisation.
• Line management experience including development and performance reviews.
• Strong change management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define product and platform roadmaps and coordinate resources.
• Deliver high-quality technology platforms on time and in-budget.
• Line manage engineers and an infrastructure architect with dotted-line Mauritius colleague.
• Ensure security, disaster recovery, and change controls across platforms.
