BNY seeks a Vice President, Production Services Application Support in London to lead a global team responsible for production services across FX platforms. The role emphasizes incident management, automation and AI, observability, and close collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders to improve stability and time to restore service.

Candidates should have a strong track record leading cross-regional teams, deep technical ops experience, and the ability to drive strategic service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline; equivalent experience.
• Global production services experience with follow-the-sun models.
• Proven incident/problem/change management improvements with measurable impact.
• Automation-first and AI-enabled mindset, with tooling and observability.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen incident, problem, change, and escalation management processes to reduce repeat issues and risk.
• Drive initiatives through to completion with ownership, accountability, urgency, and quality.
• Champion automation-first mindset using AI, observability, and tooling to reduce manual effort.
• Identify systemic issues and drive remediation with engineering teams.
• Provide leadership across FX platforms with knowledge of front-to-back trade flows.
• Build trusted relationships with business, engineering, and operations stakeholders.
• Lead a global production services organization with talent development and execution.
• Drive improvements in availability, resiliency, SLA performance, and time to restore service.
