• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or another technical discipline.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, analytics enablement, reporting, or a related field.
• Strong ability to translate complex business questions into structured analytics and reporting requirements.
• Solid understanding of performance measurement, KPIs, data reporting, and analytics concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong documentation, prioritization, and organizational capabilities.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, and operating within regulated environments.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams and functions.
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change while maintaining focus on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Value & Access stakeholders to understand, structure, and prioritize key business questions.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable analytics, reporting, dashboard, and data requirements aligned with agreed KPIs and metrics.
• Serve as the bridge between business teams and analytics delivery teams, ensuring common understanding and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Document business requirements, assumptions, KPI definitions, and intended use of analytics outputs.
• Support demand intake processes, identifying overlaps, ambiguities, and opportunities for standardization.
• Ensure analytics solutions address the original business challenge and support decision-making effectively.
• Establish and maintain reporting cadences where recurring insights are required.
• Validate business understanding of performance metrics, data definitions, and reporting limitations.
• Gather and consolidate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the usability, relevance, and adoption of analytics solutions.
• Operate in compliance with Novartis governance, data standards, and regulatory requirements.
