Job summary

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in life sciences with 8–10 years in pharma/biotech.
  • 5+ years in drug development, project management, or portfolio analytics.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver, and improve pipeline reports and analytics for operations and strategy.
  • Manage project and pipeline data with accuracy and accessibility.
  • Harmonize data standards and reporting frameworks per governance requirements.
  • Track KPIs, benchmark performance, and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Translate analyses into actionable implications for leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional, senior stakeholders to align priorities.
  • Provide ad hoc analytical and reporting support for senior management.
  • Apply structured problem-solving and external best practices to improve analytics.
