Job summary

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in life sciences; Master’s preferred.
  • 8–10 years in pharmaceutical/biotech, with 5+ years in drug development or portfolio analytics.
  • Experience in cross-functional, international environments and R&D operations.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into senior leadership insights and recommendations.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve pipeline reports and analytics for operational and strategic decisions.
  • Manage project and pipeline data ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and integration across systems.
  • Apply quality controls and harmonize data standards and reporting frameworks.
  • Track KPIs, benchmark performance, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate analyses into clear implications and actionable leadership recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and senior stakeholders to align priorities without direct authority.
  • Provide ad hoc analytical and reporting support for senior management and initiatives.
  • Apply structured problem-solving and external best practices to improve analytics and processes.
