Novartis UK is seeking an Associate Director, Pipeline Intelligence and Reporting in London to lead data management, analytics, and reporting for development portfolios. You will transform complex data into insights that inform portfolio decisions and improve implementation.

The role requires senior stakeholder engagement, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive initiatives with minimal direct authority across global teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in life sciences (ideally Master’s or equivalent).
• Experience in cross-functional, international environments; familiarity with drug development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Develop, deliver, and continuously improve pipeline reports and analytics for operational and strategic decisions.
• Manage project and pipeline data ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and integration across systems.
