Job summary

Gold Group is seeking an FM Data Transformation Lead to own the end‑to‑end data and reporting transformation across FM functions. The role focuses on governance, KPI standardisation, central data model, and reliable performance reporting.

You will drive adoption, manage stakeholder engagement, and deliver dashboards and reporting products aligned with FM governance meetings and decision making. Hybrid working across Stevenage/Bolton/Bristol is offered.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading data, BI or reporting transformation programmes from discovery through to implementation.
• Strong practical experience of data governance, data ownership, data quality and information standards.
• Demonstrable experience developing KPI frameworks and establishing consistent definitions and calculation methodologies.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, data integration and reporting architecture.
• Strong Power BI and BI/reporting knowledge, with the ability to provide technical direction as well as challenge solution design.
• Experience working with multiple data sources and identifying quality, duplication and consistency issues.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical data and reporting solutions.
• Strong programme/workstream management capability with demonstrable ownership of milestones and deliverables.
• Experience facilitating workshops and gaining agreement across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, including the confidence to constructively challenge requirements and escalat[e] decisions.
• Experience of UAT, implementation, adoption and transition into BAU.
• Strong documentation and knowledge‑transfer capability.
• Ability to work autonomously and take accountability for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FM Data & Reporting Transformation Programme delivery.
• Establish programme plan with milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Validate outputs against requirements and maintain standards.
• Coordinate across FM functions and engage stakeholders.
• Maintain programme documentation and reporting of progress.
• Oversee data governance, KPI library and data quality standards.
• Define central FM data model and data environment.
• Ensure integrations and automated data flows where appropriate.
• Coordinate ISS technical resources and other specialist support.
• Ensure data security controls and alignment with FM requirements.
• Develop dashboards and reporting products for governance meetings.
• Provide knowledge transfer and handover to permanent FM capability.
