Job summary

Inspiro Learning is seeking a Level 3 Data Technician Apprentice to join our client’s team in the UK. The role focuses on Salesforce administration, data tracking, and business logic development to support a fast-paced sales environment.

You will work on GDPR compliance, analytics, and automation projects while gaining hands-on experience across systems like Salesforce, LinkedIn analytics, Excel, Cognism and ZoomInfo.

Qualifications

• Administration and support of Salesforce users including roles, profiles and permissions.
• Ability to prioritise work independently and manage tickets in internal systems.
• Experience with GDPR compliance in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in data and analytics to support sales teams.
• Willingness to learn automations and business logic.

Responsibilities

• Support Salesforce users and maintain user configurations.
• Assist on project work including developing new automation and logic.
• Configure system changes across the business as part of system re-work.
• Attend project meetings to learn status and contribute where needed.
• Track analytics for social campaigns to support Customer Success Manager.
