Job summary

Remit is seeking a Level 3 Data Technician Apprentice to join a client team in the UK. You will administer Salesforce users, including roles, profiles and permissions, and manage tickets in internal systems to keep operations smooth.

You will develop automation and business logic, participate in system re-work, attend project meetings, help maintain GDPR compliance, and support the sales team with data insights using Excel and Salesforce analytics.

• Administration and support of Salesforce users including roles, profiles, and permissions etc.
• Must be able to prioritise work independently. This will include addressing tickets in internal systems and knowing when the work should be elevated.
• Assist on project work, such as developing new automation and business logic.
• Assist in configuring business-wide changes to the system in an exciting opportunity to be a part of a system re-work.
• Attending project meetings when required to gain or impart knowledge on the current status of projects and to immerse yourself in declarative Salesforce development.
• Liaise with users to help keep work flowing and ensure systems are efficient for end users.
• Helping to maintain GDPR compliance within a busy and fast paced environment.
• Using tools such as LI & Salesforce inbuilt analytics, Excel, Cognism, Zoominfo etc.
• Will be working on tracking analytics for social campaigns to support Customer Success Manager and Account Director, each app assigned to them. e.g. what's worked, what area does it potentially fail, improvements etc.
• Effectively a data role to support a sales team which is a great fit.
