We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Data Technician Clerk to join our growing company. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, confident with technology, and eager to develop their skills as part of a fast-moving team. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate records, supporting daily operations, and helping improve how we manage information across the business.

Entry requirements

• Enter, update, and maintain data across our in-house CRM system
• Manage and organise information using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Handle incoming and outgoing emails professionally and efficiently
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and documentation
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
• Support general administrative tasks as needed
• Suggest improvements to workflows, data processes, and system usage
• Contribute creative ideas to help streamline operations and support company growth
