Job summary

Total Politics Group in London seeks a hands-on Data & Tech Manager to strengthen marketing data infrastructure and governance. You will turn customer and behavioural data into insights, supporting AI-enabled workflows and faster decision-making.

The role blends technical delivery with strategic data initiatives in a hybrid setup. Working with Marketing and cross-functional teams, you will improve data quality, reporting, lead scoring, and analytics, while ensuring GDPR compliance and smooth CMS

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data management and quality improvement projects.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into practical business applications.
• Experience with CRM, data-led marketing, and data governance processes.
• Familiarity with analytics and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and improve marketing data management, data quality, cleansing, validation, deduplication, standardisation and governance.
• Maintain and optimise databases, data collection processes and system integrations.
• Develop automated dashboards and reporting turning customer data into actionable insight.
• Collaborate with Marketing to inform lead scoring and audience engagement.
• Identify opportunities for AI, prompt engineering and workflow automation, and support marketing systems.
• Support the DPO with GDPR compliance, data protection processes and data subject requests.
• Assist with WordPress CMS updates and web analytics improvements where possible.
