Total Politics Group in London is seeking a hands-on Data & Tech Manager to strengthen our marketing data infrastructure, improve data quality, and help turn AI-enabled technology into practical business improvements.

You will work with the Marketing team to enhance data governance, reporting, and customer insight, with responsibilities spanning data integration, dashboards, lead scoring support, and GDPR compliance. Hybrid role with two days in Westminster offices, salary £45k-£49k, negotiable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data management and quality improvement projects.
• Practical understanding of AI technologies and automation for business use.
• Experience with CRM, data-led marketing, customer insight and data governance processes.
• Strong analytics and visualization skills, including Power BI and GA.
• Knowledge of SQL, ETL, Python or R, and CMS platforms is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and improve marketing data management, including data quality, cleansing, validation, deduplication, standardisation and governance.
• Maintain and optimise databases, data collection processes and system integrations, supporting migrations and data audits.
• Develop automated dashboards, reporting and analysis that turn customer and behavioural data into actionable insight.
• Work with Head of Automation to improve customer understanding and inform lead scoring and audience engagement.
• Identify and implement opportunities for AI, prompt engineering and workflow automation, while supporting marketing system tech.
