Job summary

Hull College in Hull is seeking a Systems and Data Analyst to help maximise the value from our databases, systems and digital tools. You will support the implementation, administration and development of databases across the College and integrate systems to support daily operations and strategic goals.

You will work with data, analytics and system integrations to support BI tools and other software solutions, making information more accessible and enabling teams to make informed decisions that

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
• English and Maths at GCSE grade A-C.
• Experience using Power BI and dashboards.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with education data requirements.
• Ability to analyse, interpret and report on data.

Responsibilities

• Produce information management services for the college.
• Create SQL solutions and maintain complex data queries.
• Lead maintenance of college software and systems (ProSolution, ProMonitor, PowerBI, etc.).
• Ensure that college systems are integrated and utilised to their full potential.
• Create and maintain databases with appropriate accessibility and security.
