Job summary

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust in Basildon is seeking a Data Systems Administrator for the Occupational Health department. You will support administrative functions, ensure data accuracy, and operate the CORITY system to prepare data for internal and external customers.

The role requires Excel proficiency, data presentation skills (Tableau), and experience with health records; there is no visa sponsorship for this position.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English Grade 4 (4) or above or equivalent qualification.
• ECDL.
• Experience working in a clerical / administrative role; working knowledge of a computer-based appointment and diary System.

Responsibilities

• Produce data fit for Board level presentations.
• Create Excel reporting packages from OH software; present data with Tableau.
• Maintain diaries of the clinical team using the CORITY system.
• Monitor stock levels of office stationery and consumables.
• Report all accidents/incidents on Datix; attend department meetings.
• Provide a professional, efficient, and approachable service to staff and visitors; maintain confidentiality of medical records.
