Job summary

Lanes Group is seeking a Customer Advisor/Administrator for a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract to support the Severn Trent Water Clean Water contract. Based in Pride Park, Derby, you will manage data migration, integration and automation projects while delivering high-quality administrative support across multiple systems.

The role requires meticulous data work, strong communication with stakeholders, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment. Permanent opportunities may arise.

• Extract data from STW system and upload to Sapphire BigChange accurately.
• Maintain records across multiple systems during integration/automation.
• Perform data entry, validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
