Job summary

Severn Trent Plc is seeking a Compliance Analyst to ensure accuracy, quality and regulatory compliance of water quality data. You will analyse data, support key systems, and provide insight to meet regulatory requirements and serve customers.

This 12-month fixed-term contract is based at our Coventry headquarters and requires 37 hours per week. You’ll produce regulatory returns for bodies like DWI, Ofwat and EA, create reports, ensure data accuracy with providers, and train users of water

Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific discipline, preferably Microbiology or Chemistry.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Power Apps and GIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce regulatory returns for organisations such as DWI, Ofwat and EA.
• Create performance reports using advanced databases and spreadsheets.
• Work with data providers to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Deliver training and guidance on water quality and environmental systems.
