ORGX is seeking a Medior Data Business Consultant to join our Intelligent Edge practice and help organizations act with precision and confidence, in real time. You will turn data into trusted intelligence that drives direct action, moving beyond data processing to enable decisive outcomes.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, organization, and information, ensuring data is a strategic driver aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation, or data-focused work.
• Affinity with data architecture, governance, or AI implementation.
• Distinguish when a challenge is about technology and when it's about behavior.
• Recognize friction slowing an organization and turn it into progress.
• Structure complex information streams into clear frameworks and actions.
• Balance technical insight with organizational sensitivity.
• Bring structure, build trust, and steer clients toward stronger decisions.
• Strong facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Curiosity, confidence, and a mindset focused on movement.
• Sharp eye for connecting client needs to broader ORGX opportunities.
