Job summary

Ocorian is seeking a Senior Data, Analytics & AI Business Partner to accelerate how we use data, analytics and AI to create value across the organisation. You will work directly with senior stakeholders to turn business challenges into practical, high-impact outcomes.

You will explore data with SQL and modern tools, prototype AI-enabled solutions, and help scale successful prototypes into enterprise-grade solutions within a data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data, analytics, BI or a related discipline in a mature data-driven organisation.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate challenges into actionable analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify where data, analytics and AI add value.
• Translate complex questions into structured analysis, insights and recommendations.
• Explore enterprise data using SQL and modern analytics tools to test hypotheses.
• Combine financial, client and CRM data for a joined-up performance view.
• Design and test AI-enabled solutions and proofs of concept.
• Apply generative AI to improve business processes and decision-making.
