Job summary

Savant Recruitment is seeking a Data Strategy Consultant to build and lead the data ecosystem for a newly created department. You will design, implement, and govern a robust data strategy from the ground up, ensuring seamless integration with the wider organization.

Responsibilities include strategy development, organizational alignment, data quality, security and governance, tech innovation, and scalable pipeline engineering across ingestion, processing, and reporting workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building data strategies from scratch.
• Deep knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance laws.
• Expertise in modern data architecture and cloud-based data pipelines.
• Experience evaluating and implementing emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI).
• Strong stakeholder management skills to bridge departmental and corporate teams.
