Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a Data Business Partner to drive the roll-out of the Data Strategy, working with business teams to translate challenges into data-led initiatives and to build enterprise data assets with trust.

You will lead the data skills agenda, manage change across domains, and influence matrix teams while promoting strong governance and collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of Data & Information landscapes and best practice operating models including people, process and technology.

Responsibilities

• Rollout of the Data Strategy, embedding support and guidance to bring data to the centre of organisational capabilities.
• Proactively manage data change, measure outcomes across data domains and build relationships with Architecture and Engineering.
• Lead data skills agenda through the Data Academy and Communities of Practice to drive data citizenship.
