You will oversee governance across the organisation, guiding data quality, stewardship and ownership, while supporting a major data platform modernization.

You will work with Data Engineering, Architecture, Risk and Business Leaders to deliver the Data Governance Strategy in line with the Data and AI Strategy, establishing policies, controls

Qualifications

• Experienced Data Governance professional in financial services contexts.
• Experience implementing Data Governance frameworks and operating models.
• Experience delivering governance training and driving data culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed Data Governance Framework across the organisation.
• Manage a team of Data Governance Analysts and collaborate with data-related teams.
• Define metadata, lineage, retention, and CDEs; promote governance forums and controls.
