Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a Data Programme Manager to lead a high‑impact data transformation in a leading investment management firm in London. You will own roadmaps, align with senior stakeholders, and drive delivery across data engineering, architecture, governance, and business teams.

Ideal candidates have proven programme management experience in financial services, strong governance and planning skills, excellent executive communication, and the ability to translate objectives into measurable

Qualifications

Proven programme management experience across large-scale transformation in financial services.
Strong governance, planning, dependency management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience translating business objectives into delivery plans with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the overall data programme roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery plans.
Partner with senior business and data leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable programmes of work.
Drive prioritisation across multiple platforms and data products, balancing value, risk, complexity, and capacity.
Coordinate delivery across Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Data Governance, and business teams.
Manage programme governance, reporting, RAID logs, and executive stakeholder communications.
Identify and remove delivery blockers, ensuring programmes remain on track.
Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, operating models, and programme performance.
