Job summary

La Fosse is partnering with a leading global brand and design agency to hire a Data Commercial Analyst. You will bridge business needs with technology, turning data into practical, commercial insights for Finance, Operations, HR and projects.

You will build Power BI dashboards, perform SQL analysis, and work with senior stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements, shaping the data function from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Experience as Business Analyst/Data Analyst/Analytics Engineer or similar.
• Strong Power BI, DAX, SQL and Excel skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping and UAT.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercially minded and analytical across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into data and systems solutions.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using DAX and Microsoft Fabric.
• Use SQL for analysis, validation and data quality checks.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to resolve data issues.
• Define KPIs, business rules and reporting requirements.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
