Job Overview

The new Data Strategy, Knowledge, and Performance Manager will support the Senior Process & Systems Manager in the effective operation of all Procurement systems, ensuring data and information produced by the systems is fit for purpose and interpreted effectively.

  • You will be responsible for implementing an effective framework and policies for data management, including security, data sharing, and data collection, setting the data strategy for Procurement.
  • Proactively thinking ahead to support functional & business needs.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve data quality, systems, and databases.
  • Develop and produce report templates, data analytics, and insights to support the Procurement lifecycle.
  • Drive data compliance, ensuring alignment with legal, company, and governance requirements, and report on operational performance and compliance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and relevance from Procurement Systems.
  • Implement quality management and best practice frameworks.
  • Collaborate across teams to improve data management and reporting.
  • Manage external procurement data sources.
About You
  • Advanced IT skills, including MS Excel and MS Access.
  • Desirable experience with Power BI, Qlikview, and/or Tableau.
  • Strong experience in data/information management and relevant databases and systems.
  • Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data extract, transformation, and load (ETL) tools.
  • Experience in data analytics and report compilation.
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data for insights.
Package

This full-time role offers a salary of circa £50,000 per annum, with benefits including pension, annual leave, life assurance, electric car scheme, health plan, and more. The role is hybrid, based in Durrington with flexible working options.
